MARCO POLO

Marco Polo was one of the foundation sires of the modern Dutch Warmblood sporthorse. Of Trakehner origin, he was introduced to the Dutch breeding program in 1965. He became one of the greatest sires of the Netherlands, famous for his hereditary jumping talent and obliging character. He sired many international showjumpers including Recruut, Irco Polo and Marius who went on to sire Milton.
